Meridian Title & Escrow, LLC (“Meridian”) is managed by a practicing real estate attorney with over 34 years experience; and Mark and Alison Eibner who are licensed real estate brokers in the State of Colorado. Mark Eibner has 21 years of experience in the real estate industry (10 years with Metro Brokers), while Alison Eibner has 5 years (all with Metro Brokers) and 15 years of experience of corporate management, training and experience with ING, North America. Mark is a shareholder and office owner of Meridian Metro Brokers (Platt Park, Cherry Creek South and Southglenn Towne Center). Both are brokers/owners of Mark T. Eibner Real Estate, Inc., d/b/a Realty Oasis; both are owners of Oasis Data Systems, LLC, with Alison also being the CEO of said company; both are brokers/owners of Meridian Title, LLC; and have owned and operated four Metro Broker offices in Meridian, Southglenn Towne Center, Platt Park and Cherry Creek South. Alison is on the Denver Realtor Board, while Mark is associated with Denver, Douglas, South Suburban, Jefferson and North Jefferson Realtor Boards. Both successfully designed and implemented Colorado’s first internet based real estate “Application Service Provider” (“ASP”) actively being used by over 160 brokers and affiliates in Colorado. Alison was a member of Metro Brokers Membership Committee in 2003, 2004 and 2005, and has received the E-Pro designation. Mark achieved GRI, CRS and E-Pro, was on the Metro Brokers Advertising Committee in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and is presently on said Committee; Metro Brokers Trademark Committee (Co-Chair) in 2005 and 2006; Metro Brokers IT Task Force in 2005; Metro Brokers IT Committee (Chair) in 2006; and Metro Brokers District 5 Board Member in 2003, 2004 and 2006. He has been awarded the Top 50 IMS Certified-Units & Value Listings Sold Greater Denver Area in 1977; Top 25 IMS in 1998; Top 10 IMS in 1999; Top 1 IMS in 2000; Top 5 IMS in 2001; and Top 100 IMS in 2002. Mark was further recognized by the Denver Business Journal under their category of Real Estate Heavy Hitters in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000; and has closed over 2,000 personal closed transactions.
